The firm

The law firm is based in Catania, at Via Umberto I no. 196, and originates from the practice of Professor and Attorney Antonino Galati, Full Professor of Criminal Procedure Law at the University of Catania and a distinguished criminal lawyer of the Foro etneo, who remains to this day an example of pure intellect and elegance.

Following the premature passing of Professor Galati, his daughter Maria Letizia, soon joined by her brother Marco, began a collaboration with Attorney Ettore Randazzo of the Syracuse Bar, a close friend and colleague of their father, an upright and outstanding professional. He served for two terms as National President of the Italian Criminal Lawyers Association and he is the author of some of the most authoritative manuals on legal ethics.

Today, the firm continues to operate in the spirit of tradition and specialization in both substantive and procedural criminal law, and has been further enriched by the presence of highly qualified lawyers specializing in labor law, civil law, and administrative law.

In the field of criminal law, alongside Attorneys Maria Letizia and Marco Galati, the team includes Attorneys Gaetano Maria Greco, Laura Seminara, Sebastiana Costanzo, Edoardo Buonocore, and Giorgia Privitera.

Attorney Francesco Auricchiella handles civil law matters and specializes in labor law.

Attorney Santi Pappalardo deals with administrative and civil law matters, together with Attorneys Donatella Giachino, Francesca Merulla, and Daniela Balbo.
